About the Opportunity/Requirements:

We have several openings for Senior Clinical Research Associates (Sr. CRA). The CRA will provide expertise and leadership, from initial study concept through FDA submission, in order to accomplish clinical studies on one or more drug development projects.
The Sr. CRA will build relationships and effectively communicate ideas results within the organization. Will act as trainer and mentor to CRAs. Will negotiate timelines, milestones and resource needs with internal and external decision-makers. Will learn and utilize additional therapeutic knowledge.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in science; 3-5 years of clinical drug development experience, clinical and/or research experience (in a monitoring role). Experience in cardiovascular therapeutics. Strong knowledge of regulatory and clinical practices. Experience in project and resource coordination as well as information and resource management. Ability to successfully integrate groups or individuals to resolve project issues. Ability to learn and utilize additional therapeutic knowledge. Excellent oral and written communication skills. MS Word and Excel, PowerPoint.
