About the Opportunity/Requirements:
compress HealthAlliance Hospital is seeking a dynamic, quality focused, operationally proficient registered pharmacist to perform an interim leadership role reporting directly to the Corporate Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer. The interim leader will focus on enhancing current pharmacy operations, implement the current operational corrective action plan, support IT expansion, and submit recommendations for the possible restructure of the current operations and staffing models.
Qualifications: Registered Pharmacist with clinical operations and management experience in an acute care community setting or a teaching hospital. Three to five years leadership experience required as well as a bachelors and masters degree. The successful candidate will possess current knowledge of overall hospital pharmacy practice, strong assessment, communication and collaboration skills with solid business and financial knowledge.
