Perfect Homecare, Inc. is seeking only the best canidates for our company. We are a homecare agency based out of Fort Worth, Texas. We offer services for homecare, hospice and an outpatient rehab center. We always provide a professional workplace in which we can strive to improve and provide excellent healthcare services. As our motto states, "When homecare is needed except nothing but PERFECT". We have been in business for 15 years and continue to provide a stable work enviroment. Seeking RN for home health agency office nurse position, with occasional field visits mandatory. 3-5 years nursing experience required. Previous home health/office nursing experience preferred. Strong to moderate basic computer skills required. Experience with LEWIS Patron software a plus. Prefer experience with OASIS assessments, scheduling, QA/PI. Other requirements are good verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills with minimal supervision; detail-oriented; reliable; self-starter; strong problem-solving ability; excellent customer service skills.
